Hello fellow investors! We had a great green day in the market! We are finally over 52k in portfolio value. The two stocks that are down the most are Realty Income and Altria they are both down pretty big right now. Coca Cola is about break even I am down a little bit but not enough for me to add a substantial amount of cash. Trow Price is starting the rise from the ashes, it's finally in the green. I think this company has so much further to run I'm excited to see my patience pay off. Abbvie is up nearly 90% gotta love that growing dividend on top of that stock price appreciation. There are a few companies I have on my radar to add to the portfolio. First off is Visa this is one of my favorites I just don't like the valuation right now. I use this daily and have done extensive research on the company I can't wait for a pull back on it to add it to the portfolio. Then we have the growth options in the portfolio. I plan on adding some Google this month after I get paid my dividends and if the price stays down I wouldn't be opposed to adding it like a maniac. Google will be one of the biggest positions in the portfolio. Next up is Berkshire Hathaway, I've wanted this company for a long time I'm just waiting for a pull back. They own some of my favorite companies some examples are Sees Candy, BNSF Railway and GIECO insurance. They also have sizable positions in Apple, Coca Cola, American Express and Kraft Hienz. I'm a huge Warren Buffett fan and I can't wait to add it to my portfolio this will be a life hold for me. Finally we have Facebook or Meta Platforms. I missed the boat on this one a couple years back when Zuckerberg was going all in on the Metaverse and people were freaking out about the cash they were burning. I like to think I learned a very expensive lesson since I left about 40k on the table by not buying the stock even though I knew it was the right move. I've added it to the watchlist and have a price I'm willing to pay I just have to wait for it to go down. I just want to thank you all for watching!
