Jaquet Droz, part of the Swatch Group, unfortunately, doesn't provide repair services for vintage models, so I'll be stepping in to do just that. If you're interested in owning this vintage watch, it's up for auction here on eBay. Feel free to check it out. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/295705591216

Today, we'll be delving into the intriguing history of Jaquet Droz watches from the 1960s. Alongside exploring its captivating past, I'll also take you through a comprehensive restoration and servicing process. This particular model boasts an A. Schild (AS) Cal. 1702/03 calendar feature and a Swiss, 17 jewels, incabloc movement - a testament to the rich heritage of watchmaking. It's worth noting that A. Schild later became part of ETA.

There's something truly special about these timepieces. It's unfortunate that today's Jaquet Droz seems to overlook this significant chapter of Swiss watchmaking.
