After spending a lot of time prepping for the new season in the form of making builds and bounty grinding, I was not exactly thrilled at the fact that this season's artifact perks don't really contribute anything unique to the arc builds that I posted here back in Season 18. If anything, the global changes made to the game during Lightfall do more to help these builds than this season's perks. That doesn't really mean that the builds are BAD though.
