Risk management in trading is on same level as psychology, you won't get far without it.

Be consistent in trading, reduce position size if you increase stoploss, never change your leverage or risk unless it's part of the plan, have multiple partial take profits, limit order is better than market order, cut your losers short and let your winners run! It's all about keeping your capital safe.
