DCI visual adjudicator Clarke Williams' evaluation of the Racine Scouts' "From the Ashes" production during the Drum Corps International Open Class World Championship Finals, August 6, 2013, at Ames Field in Michigan City Indiana. Williams, who judged for more than 40 years on the DCI Tour including the inaugural DCI Championship Finals in 1972 and who was inducted into the DCI Hall of Fame in 1999, passed away in April of 2024 at the age of 82.
