Mr Chawla (Mohan Joshi) is a famous criminal lawer in a town and has his own business empire. Sikandar (Mithun Chakraborty), an honest union worker, works for Mr Chawla but once he gets harassed and sent to jail when he tries to stop the unscrupulous activities of his evil boss. On his release, he sets out to destroy his former employer. Meanwhile Ram and Balram, two college friends, come across Sikandar's mission and help him as per their ability.
