Bonus: a mini tour of the Marriott Vacation Club - Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas - where we stay this trip. We love having the extra space, kitchen (especially full refrigerator, washer/dryer - just in case, & these places are very affordable.
We are annual pass holders to Disney World, so it's a frequent trip that we make about a 6.5 hour drive from our home in the panhandle of Florida. February is one of my favorite months to visit Disney World & Orlando in general because of the mild weather. It's typically a little cool in the morning & evening but warm during the day. A lot of people seem to make the mistake of assuming Florida is hot all year round. We have a couple iffy months, so ALWAYS check the weather.

We packed mostly shorts & short sleeves, but also threw in a spirit jersey per person, a sweatshirt or two, and some pants or leggings. We like to switch our shoes up to help our feet from hurting. Crocs with socks seem to be the winner for most comfortable shoe for all members of the family. They're also so practical for kids - protect your feet, wipe clean.

My girls love the option of dressing up at the parks, but we don't need to buy new dresses every time. We use a drawstring bag, roll the dresses up, and tag them with us (method makes them very compact). We also pack our own ears.
