#spaghetti & #meatballs is a favourite around the world. this was a fun challenge by #Babish. I love doing twists on #classicdishes, so I had accept and this challenge.

RECIPE:

For meat-ghetti:

200g beef mince
1tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, ground coriander seed
50g strong white flour
Salt to taste

For spag-ball filling:

80g strong flour
80g butter
3 whole eggs
200g milk
1tsp onion powder, garlic powder
50g Parmesan or Pecorino
Salt to taste

Some spaghetti cooked for 7minutes

Preheat oven to 160°c - cook meat for 8minutes only (in the video I said 15min - I lied) 🤣

I take no credit for this idea/dish it’s all babish. The recipes I used are mine which I kinda worked out myself to recreate his creation as a challenge. Please, feel free recreate this dish (your own version) its a very fun recipe to play around with.
