One common issue with our T1N Sprinter vans is rust around the windshield. Often this starts with a windshield replacement scratching the paint and some companies won't replace the glass if rust will break the new glass. I'll show you what I did to fix this area and treat it so the repair lasts as long as I can get. I did some things wrong, and hopefully you will learn form my mistakes and save yourself some trouble.
