Just qiuck test how much dps difference between two setups:

1) "New Meta" (double charged, posion + sundered)
2) Good old stuff (nirn charged, poison + fire)

As always i did multiple parses and i not feel any difference in damage between.
So only what can i say that is dk was nerfed with around 3-5k dps bc we lose hemmorage damage and some burning. In situation with Runecarver you can keep good burning without Fire Enchant and have good uptimes of all 3 things (posion, burning and sundered). But if you play zen alkosh setup you needs to choose 2 from this 3.

So after all i personally will use new setup bc extra 100wpd from sundered looks more viriable then extra burning ticks (and bc i have infinite transmute stones lol). But if you lazy or penniless you can keep all old stuff i guess
