The Saucony Kinvara Pro. It doesn't make sense. Three different foams, a carbon fiber plate, big and heavy. What exactly is this shoe for? Is it for fast miles? Slow miles? It is for recovery runs? I put it to the test and can tell you it's pretty much for everything.

I can also say the Kinvara Pro was a complete surprise and I've had so much fun running in this shoe.
