Seven Virginia sheriff’s deputies have been charged with second-degree murder for the death of Irvo Otieno, who died at a mental hospital. Investigators said Otieno became combative when he was being admitted into Central State Hospital but details around his cause of death are still not known publicly. WWBT’s John Hood reports.
