Part #1 identify blower motors and removing glove box and security screws from blower motor
Part #2 removing the harness to the side to drop the entire blower motor down
Part #3 putting it all back together and enjoying the rest of the day

tools used were flat head screw driver to remove harness and #8 metric ratchet and small extension to remove security screws and regular philips screwdriver to remove harness clip
