How do you define “Community?”

Meet Gabe, a Pepperdine University student who overcame personal hardships and found a community of support that helped him achieve his education goals. After moving around the country throughout his youth, Gabe chose Pepperdine for its strong sense of community. Despite the financial challenges that could have prevented him from attending Pepperdine, he was supported by friends, faculty, and generous donors who genuinely cared about his success as a student. His campus involvement even led to an internship in the University’s Planning, Operations, and Construction department.
