The Gloster TC.33 is unique for being Gloster's only four-engine aircraft, with the company almost completely focusing on fighter/attacker aircraft designs when it came to military development.

Only one TC.33 was built. Powered by four evaporative-cooled engines, and featuring a unique central wing design, it was designed as a transport/bomber. Unfortunately for the people at Gloster, this design would be rejected, signalling Gloster's first and last foray into large aircraft design.
