TUCSON, Ariz. — The Texas women's basketball team outscored Arizona 31-16 in the third quarter and came away with an 88-75 win on Wednesday at the McKale Center.

Rori Harmon led the Longhorns (11-0) with 19 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds. Taylor Jones scored 16 points and Shay Holle, Madison Booker and Shaylee Gonzales each recorded 12 points.

Harmon now has 493 career assists and 913 career points.

Gonzales, playing in her home state, connected on three 3-point field goals in the third quarter to ignite the team.

Texas forced Arizona into 21 turnovers and held a 25-11 advantage in points off turnovers.

Next up the Longhorns take on UTRGV on Wednesday, Dec. 20.

• The Longhorns improved to 11-0 on the season, their best start since the 2015-16 season.

• Texas used an 8-0 run in the second quarter to take a 37-28 lead.
