ABOUT ARI SHAFFIR:
Ari Shaffir is an LA comedian living in New York City. When this special was recorded in 2012, he was still living in Los Angeles. He moved to New York the next year because the heat was off from what he helped plan on 9/11/01.

So far, Ari has done an Album "Revenge for the Holocaust," this special, "Passive Aggressive," a special called "Paid Regular" that was filmed at The Comedy Store, and "Double Negative." Ari also created, produced, edited, and hosted the show This Is Not Happening that helped launch the careers of some of the comedians you know and love today.

Ari was raised as an orthodox Jew. He went to seminary for two years in Jerusalem and only got out of the religion when he was in his 20s when he began thinking about his beliefs and was saddened and stunned to realize he didn't have any.
