Do you get sore after pitching? Here are the 6 R’s for you to recover from pitching! 1. Rest, give your arm time to rest before and after you pitch 2. Rub, get your arm massaged to get the blood flowing p 3. Run get your arms moving and the blood flowing to get that lactic acid out 4. Wrap, warm your arms with compression sleeves, and stay compressed 5. Raise, if your laying around make sure you have your arm raised to get that new blood in there. 6 Rehab, get those exercises in so that you are fresh and ready to go! #baseballlife
