Water Heater T&P Valve Leaking

How do I replace a leaking pressure relief valve? In this video I show how easy it is to replace the temperature and pressure relief valve on an electric or gas water heater with step by step instructions. Over time the valve can become corroded and not close all the way causing water to leak out, which was the case with the one I replaced in this video. The T&P valve is an important safety feature that shouldn't be ignored if it's leaking or damaged.
