► Fresh Seafood Rice Bowl 🍚🍣

2 cups of sushi rice, washed and freshly cooked with 2 + 1/3 cups of water
1/3 cup of Japanese rice vinegar
1,5 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4 nigiri sized slices salmon loin (check to make sure it's safe to consume raw)
100g red caviar (salmon, trout...)

2 cups of water
1 Tbsp sugar
agar agar powder (check box for amount!)
1 mango, cut into pieces
1 kiwi, halved and sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries

1 cup coconut milk
1/2 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
agar powder (check box for amount!)

1 cup fruit juice; peach + apple + banana blend
agar powder (check box for amount!)

► Crumbly Fried Rice 🍚

3 Tbsp oil
3 scallions, finely sliced
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cooking wine
pinch of salt

meat of 2 roasted chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup carrot, finely diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp msg
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 Tbsp black bean sauce (optional, use more soy sauce instead)
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
3 cups cold cooked rice
