I always find a timer is a sure way to motivate me when I'm lacking the motivation to clean! You can clean with me in this podcast style video. You pick a task, I set the timer for 15 minutes, and we get as much done as we can. During that 15 minutes I'll be talking to you about the difference between busyness and productivity, we'll touch base a little on mental illness as well as our mindset when it comes to cleaning.
