Kia Niro EV or e-Niro is one of the bestselling electric cars in the world thanks to its renowned efficiency, affordability, and quality. It’s also Kia’s bestselling model in the European market too, with its popularity especially notable in the UK, helping the Korean automaker to become the 4th most popular brand in the European continent.
No wonder Kia is putting an immense level of effort to stay where they are, in a very competitive market, to go as far as revamping the entire car after just 4 years in existence. As we have previously reported, the all-new Kia Niro has improved leaps and bounds over the previous model as far as the esthetics is concerned, as the new second-generation model is a true rendition of the stunning Habaniro concept, with its trendsetting design features that include bold body lines and lighting signature, with the trademark contrast-color c-pillars lifted straight from the concept car. The Interior is also modernized as well. Not that the outgoing Niro’s interior was bad, but the new one is now a dead copy of the Kia EV6’s spectacularly beautiful interior, which features a dual panoramic LCD display.
So, it’s self-evident that the new Niro is vastly improved as far as the appearance is concerned, but what about the rest of the car? Kia has done its best to keep the exact specifications shrouded in mystery until now, but it’s finally exposed in time for the impending global release, to unveil some very interesting discoveries.
And in this episode, we will find out what these new features and additions are to the new Niro, which could be seen as obvious improvements, but to some, may be considered downgrades.
