for dough
2 eggs (Reserve one of the yolk for the top)
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 pack (7 g ) of dry yeast
120 ml oil
720 - 840 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality. Add flour in control )
1 teaspoon salt

200 ml tahini
175 g of sugar
Walnuts or hazelnuts

1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk

The glass size I use: 200 ml standard water glass.
