Ells Rustia was a member of State Varsity Christian Fellowship at UP Diliman. He studied Electrical Engineering. His wife Julie Alagar was an officer of Tamaraw Christian Fellowship at FEU where she graduated in Nursing.
She volunteered in the Summer Medical Missions of IVCF in Lubang Is. Mindoro.
She was introduced to ISCF at Sergio Osmena High School by Rev & Mrs. Alex Wilson.
