What's up Feasters. Today we've got a vegan treat from Teen Titans Go! The Vegan Cheese Steak!

Ingredients:
Impossible or Beyond Beef
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
½ onion, sliced
1 Bell pepper, sliced
1 jalapeño, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Buns

Vegan cheese:
1 cup cashews (soaked in water overnight)
2 small roasted red peppers
¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegan butter
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
Hard boiled egg and black olive slices for eyeballs

Instructions:

1. Soak the cashews in water overnight

2. Add cashews, roasted red peppers, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and sugar to a blender. Blend until smooth.

3. In a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño. Stir fry until nicely browned. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook the impossible or beyond beef according to instructions on the packaging

5. Assemble the sandwiches with vegan meat, vegan cheese, peppers and onions, and other desired sandwich toppings.
