As #VeteransDay approaches, I urge everyone to pause and appreciate the men and women who have served so bravely and selflessly to protect our country and freedoms. At Walmart, our commitment to supporting America’s Veterans and their families runs deep. We’re proud to have hired over 550,000 members of the military community over the last decade.

Some of our newest Veteran associates have come through our Corporate Fellowship Program (CFP), which provides an innovative, 12-week experience that equips transitioning service members with professional training and hands-on learning to prepare for meaningful civilian careers. For this episode of The Huddle, I had the pleasure of talking with two current fellows – Juli and Quintin Plank. We talked about their experiences in the military, their journey to becoming part of the Walmart CFP, and their advice to other Veterans navigating to civilian life.
