It's been rainy in Southern California and my almost four year old has been going a little stir crazy. In an effort to get some of those wiggles out, we tried Dig It in Torrence, CA for the first time this week. It's safe to say we'll be back soon because my son had the time of his life. Filled with construction themed toys and play areas, your kiddo can run around and burn some energy while enjoying imaginative play. While they offer full construction zone outfits as part of the packages, I just bought my ticket online and a pair of grippy socks. I love that it's a shoe free zone so they aren't tracking in all of the mud and germs off the streets and the grippy socks offer more protection as they run around. Parents are allowed in any of the play areas, but not on the excavators or bulldozer. There is a little area for snacks and drinks in case anyone in the family gets hungry. Since it was raining there was a line out the door for the early slots, but because I made a reservation, I only had to wait less than five minutes before I was checked in and my son was playing. We went on a Monday which was less crowded, I would expect bigger crowds during the weekend, so make sure to look online to see how many spaces available. The staff was friendly and all and all our two hour time slot was a blast! #indoorplayground #digit #preschoolplay
