Ingredients (Recipe) - Vietnamese Vegetarian Duck (Vịt Quay Chay):
8oz Bean Curb Sheet
6oz King Oyster Mushroom
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mushroom Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Power
1/3 cup Tapioca Starch

Vegetarian Duck Sauce:
1/3 cup Water
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Five Spice Powder

Oil for Frying
