Smashed Potatoes | Easy Side Dish

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs baby potatoes
1 tbsp salt
1-2 tbsp olive oil
chopped bacon
mozzarella cheese
chopped parsley to garnish

Tips and Recommendations:
Let the potatoes sit and cool down for at least 5 minutes before smashing them and baking them to achieve a nice crusty bottoms. You can also bake the potatoes first for 10-15 minutes on each sides before adding the chopped bacons and cheese to get a nice crunchy texture on both sides.
Use any cheese you prefer.
This recipe is a great addition to your side dishes or appetizers. Enjoy!
