In todays video we are carrying out remedials on this rental property which was updating the earth cable from the spike to a 16mm , upgrading the fuse board so it has RCD protections as some circuits have external use , change a bedroom light switch , upgrade a outside light as there's twin and earth on show that not UV rated and the outside Light is broken .

Overall this job went really well and I was happy with the overall result the only thing which was slightly annoying was the lots of different cable entry points on the fuse board and the fact they would have to extend the cupboard to cover meters and board.
