After years of bad press, and releasing albums that didn’t get good reviews, this was the first time that both fans and critics alike loved Band on the Run.

Now with the release of the limited 2 LP Half speed mastered 50th anniversary edition, we get an idea of just how McCartney, along with Denny Laine aand Linda McCartney crafted what many claim is his very best album!

Tonight I cover the long road that lead up to McCartney recording this album under many diverse conditions!
