4. The Escher

Minimal living doesn’t mean minimal luxury - the Escher ensures that. With all the modern amenities you might be too accustomed to, it also features a chef’s kitchen, an open floor plan, a king-sized master room that can be upgraded with skylights if desired, custom tiled showers, and a walk-in closet. The home combines shou sugi ban cedar siding, natural cedar, and metal to create an eclectic, gorgeous exterior. There’s a convertible office space including a drop-down desk in front of a large window, with a ladder leading up to an l-shaped bedroom perfect for kids. This home sleeps up to six comfortably, meaning its 300 square feet maximizes its potential.

3. The Modern Bohemian

Mixing the old with the new, the Modern Bohemian is the perfect mix of antique style and new-world fashion. The modern exterior boasts black-painted board, batten siding, and accented wooden shingles. The light, the bright interior shows off its modern-rustic decor and maximizes its available space with long tables to serve your every need. While originally custom-built for a family of three, the Modern Bohemian can comfortably accommodate up to six. With ample windows and plenty of natural daylight, there’s no “camper” feeling here - you’re even treated to a retro-style kitchen that shows off its various throwback elements - like the oven and fridge. It gives off a welcome, familiar vibe, making you feel at home, even if it’s a little slice of small-home paradise.

2. The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary lives up to its name in every way - built on a 31’ x 8.5 triple axle trailer, the interior has ample downstairs area, a loft to sleep in, upgraded appliances, and a luxurious bathroom. The two-tone paint looks like a nautical dream - so if you want to post up and sing shanties, this is the home for you. With the windows open, you can almost imagine the sea air blowing in through your new bedroom or office in the downstairs flex area, or enjoy the whimsical, bright interior with its teal cabinetry and gold accents. The downstairs space has a gorgeous light-wood barn door, giving it the feeling of privacy without ever really being closed off.

1. The Napa

Built by Mint Tiny Homes in British Columbia, Canada, this tiny rustic home on wheels is the forager’s dream. The exterior is made in a traditional style with a double-dormer gable roof and wood siding, broken up by metal accent pieces that match the dark roof. On the front, there’s a set of full-light french doors and three skylights that give off plenty of natural lighting. You’ll find white walls, ceilings, cabinetry, and rich wood, finishing it off and adding a little warmth throughout the home. Other stunning features include a wide-open loft area big enough for a king bed and a second loft area across the house above the living room - and did I mention the natural light? All the walls feature some sort of window fixture, giving it a bright, open, and airy space that can’t be beaten.
