Recipe and ingredients for buns:

250 ml of milk.
Melt 70 g of butter over medium heat.
80 grams of wheat flour.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and cools to room temperature.
50 ml of warm water.
20 g of sugar.
11 g of dry yeast.

Mix well.
Add flour mixture.
Buns prepared using this method remain airy and soft for a long time.

40 g of powdered sugar.
200 g of cottage cheese.
10 g of vanilla sugar.
20 g of wheat flour.
These ingredients will make a very tasty cottage cheese filling.
Using a glass greased with vegetable oil, make small indentations.
Place the cottage cheese filling.
Brush with egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of water.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes.
