3D printer extrusion issues have been bugging me for months. As I'm designing my own extruder, I've gotten a bit obsessed about figuring out what's going on. And I'm not talking about the common issues we already know how to fix. It's the subtle ones that only show up in special circumstances. Many of you helped me by printing test patterns and submitting your findings. Turns out it's more widespread than I thought. In this video I'm showing what I've learned so far, and in the next one I'll dive deeper into one of the issues and how I managed to patch it for my printers. Still got to film that one, so it'll take a little while.
