Crispy pattas is probably not a common cut to eat here in the United States but it is really delicious if made correctly. I can't make it so I made crispy pork belly instead and it's actually very easy to make as you can see from the length of this video! I ate mine with rice and prik nam (a Thai sauce I've made in an earlier episode).
