Because of the current water shortage in Las Vegas, Nevada, locals and businesses are using restraint to conserve water. John Entsminger told CBS News’ Ben Tracy how the city’s 54 pump stations deliver water from Lake Mead, our nation’s largest reservoir. A megadrought, growth of cities in the Southwest, and climate change has caused Lake Mead to drastically drop 180 feet over the last two decades. Southern Nevada, however, is beating the odds.
