In this video I bring you along with me during my single day hike and trail run of the Pemi loop or officially known as the pemigewasset loop.

The Pemi loop is a 31.5 mile loop around some of the most wild and remote terrain in the New Hampshire White Mountains. During the Pemi loop I climbed 8 official 4,000 foot plus mountains which totaled 10,000 feet in elevation gain. Most people hike and camp the Pemi loop in 3 days, I completed the Pemi loop in 12.5 hours total time. I started my Garmin instinct watch at the Lincoln Woods trail head bridge and stopped my watch when I returned to the Lincoln Woods trail head bridge 12.5 hours later. Some people will show you their "moving" and "non moving" times, I did not stop my watch during the loop, my 12.5 hour time is the total time it took me to complete the Pemi loop including stops at summits and the Galehead Hut.
