i dont really use snapchat anymore.
Today when I woke up, I thought heck, i'm gonna make a video today. In doing so, it forced me to go to the gym and get back to working out. So thankful for that. this was my first workout in over a year after my injury.
It felt extremely good to go and workout, well actually not really before, but working out and the feeling and mood boost that I got after my workout was great.
I highly recommend if you feel like junk, go hit the gym and see how you feel afterwards. I bet you will get a nice mood boost that will start your day off right. I plan to stick with this whole working out thing for 30 days and just see where it takes me and see how far i can go with it. Will post results after 30 days to keep myself accountable.
