We cover the pursuit at uncovering the truth about the 'package' - the 608 page report of alleged misconduct which John Adams submitted to ASIC on 6 April 2022, including the unprecedented intervention of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

We also cover the pursuit against ASIC itself which was kicked off on 6 October 2022 when Adams published his independent public report into ASIC's sustained operational decline in handling reports of alleged misconduct.

This report triggered the establishment of two parliamentary inquiries into ASIC including the Senate Economics References Committee. This inquiry continues and is due to report to the Australian Senate in June 2024.
