Strongman & Strongwoman
The 2024 #ArnoldStrongmanClassic featured the highly anticipated return of #HafthorBjörnsson to competitive strongman. He lived up to the hype on Day One but could not out maneuver the calculated precision of reigning World’s Strongest Man #MitchellHooper, who executed his game plan to immaculate results to retain the Arnold Classic title.

For the Strongwomen, a new Max Elephant Deadlift world record was secured by #LucyUnderdown en route to a podium finish. However, it was not enough to fend off Arnold Strongwoman Classic debutant #AngelicaJardine who scored the overall gold by half a point.

The Arnold Classic
The 2024 #ArnoldClassic occurred in Columbus, OH, on March 1-2, 2024, as part of the 2024 #ArnoldSportsFestival. Seven divisions were hotly contested, among which #HadiChoopan was crowned the 2024 Arnold Classic champion.

In Classic Physique, a jaw-dropping turn of events surprised fans around the globe as #WesleyVissers leapfrogged to the overall win, defeating the defending champion #RamonQuerioz. #LauralieChapados and #ArielKhadr defended their crowns in the Bikini and Fitness divisions, respectively. #FrancielleMattos cemented herself as the ongoing standard in the Wellness Division, winning the 2024 Wellness International crown.
