In this video we finally got to try babi guling, which is made from a whole suckling pig. They use every part of the pig, from the skin to the organs! And it is all cooked in a variety of ways, from fried to on a stick. It is usually cooked overnight and served by lunch time, so our other attempts to find it failed since we got there too late.

This was after a day in Lovina Beach in northern Bali, and our friend and driver Agus brought us to a roadside warung near our village. They were all so nice, and our kids played with their kids (and Agus). This was one of my (Matt) favorite meals in Bali and I would definitely get it again on our next visit.
