This system installed prevents moisture, leaks, and seepage!
Our crew installed a full-perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, which works similarly to a french drain, except our system does not sit as far down in the footer, is more accessible, and efficient! Two sump pumps were installed in opposite corners of the basement to expel the collected water from the WaterGuard. To both brighten up the walls, and prevent the walls from condensating/sweating, our CleanSpace vapor barrier was lined along the walls. This basement does not have to worry about any unwanted leaks, puddles, or moisture!
