As I was heading to Union Station to catch my train back home, I decided to take the Silver Line from 7th St/Metro Center to just outside Union Station. I was hoping to ride an a NABI 45C-LFW as those are the main buses used for the Silver Line. After I saw a line of buses ahead of it, my Silver Line bus arrived, but I was surprised to see a NABI 60-BRT running on the silver line instead. As it turns out, these articulated buses are being put on the Silver Line due to the ongoing Blue Line construction project which resulted in overcrowding on the regular 45C buses. This was the fourth time I was riding a 60-BRT bus, but I decided to hop on board anyways to document this happening. Along the way you can also spot the famous Angels Flight Railway. At the beginning I included the line of buses that were ahead of my Silver Line bus. After I got off near Union Station, I saw another Silver Line Bus heading to Harbor Gateway Transit Center which was the usual 45C bus. I hope you enjoy this last bit of LA transit from my trip as I return to OC in my upcoming videos!
