This January, I led separate live, in-person Business Planning Workshops in each of our Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. regions in Southern California, Northern California and Arizona. I truly feel like helping our agents create plans for their careers, lives and finances is a part of my greater purpose in this world! The 58 page workbook that I created is a road map to help our team set personal/professional and financial goals, establish their Burning Desire, Identify their Why, connect with their Core Values, dream about their life through an imagination workshop, get aligned with mantras. Most importantly, it's central theme is all about making their relationships in life come alive!
