In East Baltimore Tuesday the city’s top leaders came together to talk crime.

As the city is on pace yet again to see less than 300 murders, Mayor Brandon Scott continues to tout the historic reduction in violent crime, standing by a pillar of his holistic five-year crime strategy GVRS.
