It's been a really long while since my last arrangement oops.

Back when YOASOBI released their new album, I listened to it on Spotify while on public transport, so it's somewhat a little "diffusion" of sorts when I arrange this, I guess?

I chanced upon this MV a few days back, and I like the song too, so I thought I'd give this a go, an actual full-size arrangement. (I actually actively avoid full-size covers as I didn't have the confidence of arranging full versions)

Three days later (Monday), a completed draft of the sheets was done (Monday), and with the help of Wisnu (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBaC..., the same guy that I co-arranged the Project Animenz with (along with a few other arranger friends), began an unplanned session of sheet music engraving edits, and I'm happy to say that the quality of this piano sheet is leagues ahead of what I usually write. A lot more improvements can be made for sure - but I'm really proud of this one.

Day 4 (Tuesday), was a mad rush for recording. I thought the front section would be harder, but it was the back part that killed me instead. :/

Small(?) confession time: On top of the usual midi cleaning (for stray notes), I used two takes instead of the usual one as I wanted you to have a full picture of what I intended this arrangement to sound like. I couldn't play it perfectly in one take as much as I wanted to, and even with two there are still some issues, but I hope I conveyed my feelings across with this cover.

With this short story of how this arrangement came about, I hope you'll enjoy this cover of YOASOBI's song born from the Letter Song Project! Hopefully, I can do more of these covers in the future c: (I'll definitely try to!)

⋆★⋆ Arranger Notes ⋆★⋆
Initially, I wanted this arrangement to be simple, drawing inspiration from @Pianimusic But as I went along the verse, my bad habit of trying to add in as many details as possible came back, and I did some simple three-hand in the verse.

The first chorus is low-energy, and again, with a bit of the three-hand techniques.

Moving on to the second "verse" where I ditched the underlying melody for the rhythmic idea instead, to not overwhelm the arrangement. The vocal-adlibs are added as secondary melodies (once again, three hands hehe)

The rest is as per usual, following the energy of the music.

The last chorus, with the modulation, is my favourite - the abrupt key change, the strength of the energy, and the octave spams :p
