Health Update / Living with Epilepsy + the Future of this Channel

Filling you guys in with an epilepsy health update.

I filmed this video last week and since then, it still continues to be a day to day challenge. Epilepsy definitely plays mind games while simultaneously having a mind of its own.

The new challenge now is just continuing my day to day life as best as I can in between episodes, because they can happen at any time, whether or not I’m well rested it seems. Anxiety plays a huge role too, but we all get anxious sometimes.

Despite this real challenge, I’m beginning to see this as a journey that can only make me stronger in the long run.

I’m learning to rely on support from friends and family because I’ve always sort of been a lone wolf in that sense. Maybe that’s part of the answer.
