The biggest problem of Minsk is that it is a city from a Soviet postcard. All these wide avenues, endless green fields, flowers planted in the form of drawings would only look good on a postcard. In life, all this seems useless. And in Minsk they commit a real city-planning crime - in the main square, they build a barn with ruffles, which claims to become dominant in the whole ensemble.
