If you are looking for a simple and delicious cake, I have a perfect one for you! This soft and fluffy apple cake is easy to make and super delicious. You can make it with sliced or chopped apples and simply arranged them on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. You can add chopped nuts, raisins or anything you like. Have fun baking!

💥 Apple Cake Ingredients: If using a smaller pan, adjust the ingredients to half
6 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Sugar (250g)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (8g)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (100ml)
1 cup Plain Yogurt (250g)
3 1/2 cups Flour (420g)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder (10g)
2-3 Apples
1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Butter
4 1/2 x 12 inch loaf pan (if using smaller pan, adjust the ingredients to half)
Bake in preheated oven at 340F (170C) for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
