President Biden continues to snub Elon Musk and Tesla and to only support GM and Ford. The Build Back Better stimulus package is supposed to support electric vehicles, however Elon Musk, the CEO of tesla, which is thye worlds largest electric vehicle makers, says that Build Back Better is not needed. Instead, the plan is being designed to support unions and legacy automakers who have failed to innovate and catch up with the global automotive industry. While the Build back better plans intends to make the US more competitive in EVs, it may instead slow them down by investing in unions, and increasing the already high inflation with another 1.75 trillion in spending. Joe Biden should instead be partnering with innovation leaders, and listening to what Elon Musk and Tesla have to say.
